The Jungala parking lot is located next to the Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ theater, directly across from the main entrance of Vidanta Riviera Maya. A complimentary internal shuttle will take you to Jungala.
Our private cabanas are available for an additional charge. You can reserve your cabana directly with your Concierge or at the ticket office upon arrival at Jungala.
Cameras and cell phones are not allowed on the slides.
Outside food is not allowed in the park.
For the health and safety of all our guests, children still in diapers must wear waterproof pads. Appropriate swimwear is required; cotton shorts or shirts, athletic shorts, loose clothing, or similar items are not allowed on the rides. Swim wear with buckles, rivets, or any sharp objects is not allowed on the slides. Footwear such as water shoes, sandals, or water socks is permitted, except on the slides.
Suitable swimwear, Jungala is a family establishment (i.e. no small swimsuits)
